Did you know that 1 in 3 drowning deaths are of people over the age of 55?  The Grey Medallion program is a water safety and lifesaving skills initiative for older adults. It aims to encourage a healthy, independent and active lifestyle through the development of essential skills in order to participate in aquatic recreation activities safely..  More information

NoFALLS leader training - ENROLL NOW

This one day workshop only runs 1 - 2 times per year so don't miss out!   Become competant in delivering a 15 week NoFALLS Exercise Program.  This exercise program has been shown to significantly reduce the number of falls experienced in people 70 years and older.  By doing this workshop you will be able to teach this exercise program.

The workshop is suitable for people with experience leading physical activity or exercise groups and health professionals.  See our training information page for more information.
